Vibration signal acquisition and computer simulation detection of mechanical equipment failure

Abstract The author in order to solve the problem of optimizing accuracy mechanical equipment failure detection proposes a vibration signal collection and computer simulation for failure. Using wavelet domain Wiener filtering-based fault method, first combined filtering threshold filtering, established model equipment, obtained true filtered error fusion principle perform orthogonal transform on noisy signals, through fast independent component analysis separate signals build initial separation matrix with unit variance, found estimated value source signal; is completed according value, realizing optimization faults failures. results prove that signal-to-noise ratio collected by this method higher than 15.7% based FastICA method; mainly because when used anti-interference combining construct variance. proposed acquisition can greatly reduce error, it provide effective support equipment.
